ZCI Limited is a Bermudian registered public company. Its primary listing is on the JSE Securities Exchange, South Africa and its secondary listing is on the Euronext, Paris. In May 2009 ZCI successfully concluded negotiations for the acquisition of a substantial majority interest in African Copper Plc, which holds exclusive rights for the exploration and development of copper deposits in Botswana. |
