John Kleynhans has been the

He was admitted as a South African attorney and
conveyancer in 1998 and holds a Bachelor of Arts and a
Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of the
Witwatersrand in South Africa. Mr Kleynhans is assisted in the administration of the company by Chiara Deceglie a Senior Company Administrator, employed at Maitland Luxembourg SA. Ms Deceglie is admitted as a South African attorney and notary (1995) and is a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa. |
