John Kleynhans has been the
Company Secretary of ZCI Ltd since 2007. He was the Head
of Trust and Corporate Services at Maitland Luxembourg
SA from 2005 to 2011 and is currently on secondment to
MPartners, an independent Luxembourg law firm providing
a comprehensive range of legal advisory services for both corporate and private
clients. He was admitted as a South African attorney and
conveyancer in 1998 and holds a Bachelor of Arts and a
Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of the
Witwatersrand in South Africa. Mr Kleynhans is assisted
in the administration of the company by Miroslav
Metodiev, a Senior Company Administrator, employed at
Maitland Luxembourg SA.
